On Sunday 26th July there is a Zombie Training Day at

 Battlefield Live Torbay

120 people have enrolled for this training.  They will travel from as far afield as London and the depths of Cornwall.

They will receive training from professional actors and 18 make-up artists will be on site.  If you would like to join the Training Day and be trained as a Zombie contact www.thezombiegames.co.uk for information.

The Zombies, when trained, will have ambitions to partake in Zombie movies and participate in Zombie Games which are held all over the UK.

Battlefield Live Torbay.

Following the training session a battle is arranged involving the Zombies and the Battlefield Live Soldiers.  This will be filmed by a ‘drone’ and a film crew.  The films will be edited and produced into promotion videos for Battlefield Live (Torbay) and Zombie Games.co.uk.

For the Battlefield Live Gamers if you wish to participate in this Zombie battle enter now by contacting BFL reception.  The first 30 players (Boot Camp members get preference) will be selected at no charge for the game. Be a ‘film star’!  Arrive 2 p.m. on Sunday 26th July.

Cayman Golfers

The drone will fly over and film the Cayman Golf Course and this ultimately will be a promotion video for Cayman Golf.  The timing of this filming on Sunday 26th July is not yet determined.  It is agreed that a prize will be given to the best dressed golfer appearing in the promotion video!

The Torbay Zombie 5k Run is to be held in the field that hosts the ‘Steam Rally’ plus adjoining fields on Kennel Road.  This will be held on Sunday 22nd August . First run 11 a.m.  Second run 3 p.m. This is a fund raising event in aid of Rowcroft Hospice and Cancer Research and Devon Air Ambulance.  This is not just a local event and participants will be coming from far away.
